We’ve discovered that couples spend hours upon hours researching, purchasing, and putting together centerpieces, signage, and many other “wedding must haves”, resulting in a lot of stress and extra costs. So with the help of professionals, Ever After Farms has created inventories of high-quality decorations and extras at each of our barn locations.
When you choose an Ever After Farms venue you can plan a stress-free wedding using our many options to mix and match until you have created your dream wedding vibe. We provide multiple options in table arrangements, centerpieces, table numbers, ceremony decor, and so much more, so that you can save time and money while still planning the wedding of your dreams. With so many options to choose from, we decided to compile a categorized list so that couples can keep track of the many extras available for use. TABLE OPTIONS
5′ Round Tables
Our first table option is a 5′ round table that seats up to 8 guests. We have 25 of these tables, for a total of 200 guests. We also provide beige, black and ivory linens.
FARMHOUSE TABLES
Our more rustic option for reception tables, these farmhouse tables are 9ft long and seat up to 10 people. We have 25 of these tables available for use.
Additionally, we have made our floorplan completely customizable using a user friendly floorplan design software called All-Seated. This software is a great wedding helper when it comes to designing your wedding seating chart simply and efficiently.
Sweetheart Table
Our rustic sweetheart table can be paired with our crossback chairs or we also have an elegant leather loveseat. We have three gorgeous options for backdrops to really make those wedding photos stand out. You can choose our White Floral Wall, Rustic Wood Backdrop, or our Garden Green Backdrop. Decorate your table with our Mrs. & Mr. Signs available in gold, white glitter, and acrylic. We also provide two standing candelabras and two long white floral greenery wreath options to complete your Sweetheart Table setup.

Buffet Tables
We also provide 6, 8′ rectangle buffet tables with sleek black linens.
Cocktail Tables
Our cocktail tables consist of 6 round tables with white, black, or ivory spandex linens; Giving your cocktail hour a sleek & elegant feel. Once you design your floorplan, our farmhands will handle arranging all tables and chairs exactly how you wish, the morning of your wedding. Leave the heavy lifting to us!

Table Runners
You will be amazed at our wide assortment of rustic and rustic chic’ table decor. We have worked hard to provide many beautiful options to fit every type of wedding theme. We have two eucalyptus garland table runner options, bright green & snowy green. We also have multiple options for table runners including; white lace, blush cheesecloth, white cheesecloth, navy cheesecloth, sage cheesecloth, steel blue cheesecloth and brown burlap.
Floral Arrangements & Lanterns
Our Ranch Farm offers many options in table arrangements and centerpiece decor, perfect for weddings in any season, with many different color options and styles.We offer three different lantern styles, and wooden circle slabs to set everything on.
Table Numbers & Signs
Table numbers upon table numbers! Choose the style that fits your wedding vibe the best. We also offer a variety of “reserved table” signs for the groom’s family, the bride’s family, and the bridal party. Just another small detail to help your wedding day go as smoothly as possible.
Even More Decor & Signage
We all know that there is more to Wedding Decor than just the ceremony site and reception tables. That’s why we’ve put together a ton of extras inspired by Pinterest, Etsy, and local artistry, to provide our brides with some relief in the many details of wedding planning. Our venue provides a full set-up for your cake/cupcake table, gift table, and guestbook table, including; signs, a honeymoon fund box, card box, and much more! We also provide a lot of essential decor items like a chalkboard wedding schedule, rustic wagon style beverage stand, and wooden cross & knot sign.
GOBO’S
Did you think we forgot about the dance floor? Along with all of our beautiful decorations for your perfect wedding day, we have an assortment of GOBO’s to illuminate your dance floor. These projections come in many different themes or you can even choose to order a customized one that we will set up for you the day of your wedding.
CEREMONY DECOR
At Ever After Farms, we know just how many small details go into planning your wedding. That is why we have worked hard to supply decor options sure to bring the perfect amount of rustic charm to your wedding ceremony. Our gorgeous Oak Tree and surrounding ceremony area is decorated with LED lights that provide the perfect romantic ambiance to your ceremony and cocktail hour. Our paved stone ceremony aisle eliminates the need for any fabric aisle runners. We provide a communion table, a gorgeous wooden cross and different floral arrangements to display on the cathedral backdrop.
Our 10ft tall custom-built barn door entryway provides the perfect ceremony entrance for brides, and an excellent photo-op for after the ceremony. We also have multiple options for ceremony decor such as our rustic 1 Corinthians 13 signs and rustic hanging lanterns for lining the aisle. Waiting for you at the end of the aisle is our beautifully handcrafted cathedral backdrop by the talented Trendy Twigs where the bride and groom will recite their vows.
OUTDOOR DECOR & ACTIVITIES
We’ve also provided some fun extras for cocktail hour, or after ceremony-festivities. Enjoy our custom built cornhole boards, our gorgeous floral swing, and our cozy brick firepit, all while enjoying the serene ambiance of our 20 acre horse ranch.
