They were so ready and they were amazing. So organized and they really have a vision and it’s to make sure the memories they capture are absolutely magical. Wonderful team and even though I got a bit overwhelmed and overstimulated by all the going-ons, I was met with nothing but patience and understanding! We had waited honestly not long for the whole set of photographs, and they were very quick to get us a sneak preview before the final product. Just let the photos speak for themselves.

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the space made our wedding day feel so special and exactly like we had envisioned. The staff was incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and willing to do whatever they could to make our day perfect. No matter what we asked for or needed, they were always willing to help and find a solution. If you are considering adding event day management, DO IT — it is 100% worth the money! Makenzee was absolutely amazing. After our three-hour appointment going over every single detail, she brought all of our visions to life and made sure everything ran smoothly. On the wedding day, if there was a question, problem, or something that needed to be handled, Makenzee took care of it. She somehow managed to handle everything behind the scenes while still always being available whenever we needed her. Having her there allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about the little things. The setup team was also amazing. Walking into the venue and seeing everything go from not fully set up to being transformed into exactly what we had envisioned was incredible. They were so quick, efficient, and paid attention to all the little details. We also used the content and video team, and they captured such amazing moments throughout the day. One of the things we loved most was that we barely even realized they were there! They blended in so naturally and captured genuine moments without anything feeling forced or staged. And of course, Florida weather decided to make an appearance during our ceremony! It started raining, but Makenzee immediately put our rain plan into action. Our cocktail hour was moved inside seamlessly, and honestly, if you didn’t know there had been a plan B, you would never have guessed there was a last-minute change. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. The venue was beautiful, the staff was amazing, and the level of care and attention we received made our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. We are so grateful to everyone who helped bring our vision to life and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding!

It’s only $500!

We’re also very flexible with the payments so when you tour, our team can customize a plan for you.

All of our Venues, (Blueberry, Citrus, Flower, Lemon Lime, Ranch, Stockyard, Tropical Grove and Vineyard) can comfortably accommodate 200 people in the fully air conditioned/heated barn, except our Peach Venue, which can accommodate up to 80 people and is ideal for smaller, more intimate events and micro weddings.

YES! Our affordable inclusive pricing includes tables, chairs, decorations, and so much more, at no additional charge, which saves you thousands of dollars. Optional enhancements include our Photo Booths, Wedding Day Management, Photography and Videography.

Absolutely! We provide a tremendous array of decorations to help you save time and money. We have several different options for table centerpieces, including floral arrangements, table numbers, lanterns, and LED candles. We also have many “Pinterest Worthy” signs like our seating chart and wedding schedule. Our ceremony decorations include 1st Corinthians 13:4-8 signs, hanging mason jars, and so much more. You really have to come and tour one of our venues to get an idea of just how much “extra” décor we have included. Here’s our decor for each venue:

Absolutely! We only ask that you do not alter any of our items with your decorations. We also ask that you not nail into our walls, or do anything that will leave permanent marks.

We do! Our set up team will follow the layout you designed and will set up any of our tables, chairs or decorations. You and your wedding party are only responsible for setting up any additional decorations that you are bringing. If it is our stuff, we will set it up!

Yes! We have lists of the very best of the best vendors, one for each region of Florida and we strongly recommend that you select Vendors from our Preferred Vendors List. We have an Open Vendor Policy to provide you the flexibility to choose your vendors, with two exceptions; (1) the Vendor is not on our blacklist (but you wouldn’t want to hire such a vendor on your big day anyways), and (2) if alcohol will be served at your event, for the safety of you and your guests, we require that only a bartender from our Preferred Vendors List can serve the alcohol. Also, all vendors that perform services on our farms must provide evidence of liability insurance. And, if you hire a caterer that is not on our Preferred Vendors List, there is a $300 caterer impact fee for their use of our facilities, utilities, trash service, etc.

Absolutely! When you book with us, you are given 2 hour access to any Ever After Farms for your engagement pictures, at a time that is scheduled in advance. They usually take place around dusk on Wednesdays or Thursdays. All you have to do is book your photographer and arrange for your engagement pictures date with our team. We offer an engagement shoot package with our in-house photography service and you can’t beat our price!

Yes! We host quite a few quinceaneras as well as some mitzvahs, showers & anniversaries each year. And our affordable inclusive pricing is the same for all events.

We deeply care about the safety of our guests and the communities in which our venues are located along with following all local, state and federal laws. Therefore, here are some very important rules that you must abide by when having your wedding at Ever After Farms.
(1) Alcohol can only be served by a properly licensed bartender from our Preferred Vendor List.
(2) No alcohol can be brought in by guests (see rule # 1); although you as the event organizer can bring your own alcohol. But whatever alcohol is brought on the premises must be served by a licensed bartender from our Preferred Vendor List.
(3) You must obtain an event insurance policy and they usually cost about $250 but they protect you in so many ways that it’s so worth it!
(4) Each vendor (caterer, DJ, etc) must carry its own liability insurance.
(5) You will be liable for any damage or theft by your guests.
(6) Reception must end at 10PM due to local government noise ordinances.

Did you know that in many cultures, rain on your wedding day is considered a sign of good luck? Lucky for you, our team has extensive experience creating beautiful weddings in all types of weather.
If rain is in the forecast, our staff prepares both Plan A and Plan B to ensure your day unfolds seamlessly. We carefully monitor the weather, and if a passing shower clears quickly, we’ll dry the seating and welcome your guests in time for a flawless outdoor ceremony.
If the weather lingers a bit longer, we’ll smoothly transition to an indoor ceremony setup that’s just as stunning. During cocktail hour, our team will then reset the space for your originally planned reception—without disrupting the flow of your celebration.
No matter the forecast, we make sure every rainy-day plan aligns with your vision, so your wedding day feels effortless, beautiful, and uniquely yours.”
