We only select the very best from each vendor type to ensure that our brand and our commitment to excellence is delivered to our couples so we have an application you’ll need to fill out below.
If its a good fit for us both, their is a monthly flat rate, depending on how many regions you want to be on. There are no long term commitments so if you get too much business and can’t keep up, you can stop at anytime.
We have two types of regions, those with one venue, and those with two:
- One Venue Regions: North Florida (Vineyard), Central Florida (Citrus), West Florida (Flower) & Miami Florida (Tropical Grove)
- Two Venue Regions: East Central Florida (Blueberry & Peach) and South Florida (Ranch & Stockyard)
And these are the prices, per vendor type, both for one venue regions and two venue regions:
- Caterer: $300/mo or $450/mo
- Bartender*: $200/mo or $400/mo
- Photographer: $200/mo or $300/mo
- Florist: $120/mo or $200/mo
- DJ: $100/mo or $200/mo
- Videographer: $100/mo or $150/mo
- Wedding Planners: $100/mo or $150/mo
- Hair & Make Up: $50/mo or $90/mo
- Misc Services: $50/mo or $90/mo
- Officiant: $40/mo or $70/mo
- Dessert: $30/mo or $60/mo
* NOTE! Our couples are required to use our Preferred Bartenders, for the safety of the guests and the community.
When you join this program, you will get a listing on our preferred list which includes your logo/picture, a paragraph to describe your services, the ability to add your contact information AND a “follow” backlink to your website to help with search engine optimization (see Ever After Farms Preferred Vendors as an example). Also, if you provide them to us, we can even insert your collateral materials (such as a brochure, business card or flyer), to our tour folders that we give our couples when they tour our venues.
