At Ever After Farms, we want your wedding day to be as beautiful and as stress-free as possible. We discovered that choosing and setting up the decorations for a ceremony and reception created the most stress (as well as adding the most unexpected costs) so with the help of professionals, we have assembled table arrangements, centerpieces, and tons of other decor so that you don’t have to supply any decorations when you choose to get married at an Ever After Farms venue. What we provide will already create an absolutely breathtaking event! Plus, we supply different styles/colors so that every bride can select what matches her wedding style. With so many options to choose from, we thought it would be best to put these items into a categorized list so that brides can keep track of the many extras available for use. Be sure to check this list before you start to shop for wedding decor, because often times, you’ll find what you have been looking for, is already provided as part of your Wedding Day Package at Ever After Farms.
Table Options
5′ Round Tables
Our first table option is a 5′ round table that seats up to 8 guests. We have 12 of these tables, for a total of 100 guests. We will provide white or ivory linens as well.
Farmhouse Tables
If you are looking for a more rustic table option, then you will fall in love with our 9ft farm house tables. We have eleven of this table option, with each table seating up to 10 people.
SWEETHEART TABLE
Our rustic sweetheart table can be paired with our chivari chairs or we also have an adorable couple’s loveseat. The beautiful flower wall is also a popular favorite making for a lovely backdrop.
BUFFET TABLES
We also provide 2, 8′ rectangle buffet tables with black linens.
COCKTAIL TABLES
Our cocktail tables consist of 6 round tables with white, black or ivory spandex linens; Giving your cocktail hour a sleek & elegant feel.
Table Decor
You will be amazed at our wide assortment of rustic and rustic chic’ table decor. We have worked hard to provide many beautiful options to fit every type of wedding theme
We have two garland runner options, bright summer green & snowy, dark green. These garlands are very versatile and can be used in many different ways on either of our table options. There are 24 of each color available for use. We also provide three table runner options in gold, rosegold, or rustic burlap. Our newest addition is our charger plates, available in gold or silver. With so many options, you’re sure to be able to put together a stunning table setup.
FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
Our Peach Farm offers many options in floral arrangements, perfect for every bride’s dream wedding vibe. Mixing and matching the perfect elements to create a unique combination is all part of the fun of planning an Ever After Farm’s wedding.
Ceremony Decor
At Ever After Farms, we know just how many small details go into planning your wedding. That is why we have worked hard to supply decor options sure to bring the perfect amount of rustic charm to your wedding ceremony. Our wishing well and surrounding ceremony area is decorated with LED lights that provide the perfect romantic ambiance to your ceremony and cocktail hour. Our paved stone ceremony aisle eliminates the need for any fabric aisle runners.
Our 10ft tall custom-built barn door entryway provides the perfect ceremony entrance for brides, and an excellent photo-op for after the ceremony. We also have multiple options for ceremony decor including our rustic 1 Corinthians 13 signs, “Pick a Seat not a Side” heart shaped rustic sign and our “Love, Laughter & Happily Ever After” rustic sign, all displayed with the beautiful sounds of our stone fountain.
Other Decor & Signage
We all know that there is more to Wedding Decor than just the ceremony site and reception tables. That’s why we’ve put together a ton of extras inspired by Pinterest, Etsy, and local artistry, to provide our brides with some relief in the many details of wedding planning. Our venue provides a full set-up for your cake/cupcake table, gift table, and guestbook table, including; signs, a honeymoon fund box, card box, and a smore’s bar. We also provide a lot of essential decor items like a chalkboard wedding schedule, rustic mirror seating chart, and wooden chalkboard welcome sign.
