¾ Cup Sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Can blueberries, drained
¼ cup blueberry juice
2 large bananas, sliced
1 9 –inch pie shell, baked
½ pint heavy cream, whipped
Combine sugar and flour; add blueberry liquid and lemon juice. Cook until thick. Cool and add blueberries, stirring carefully to avoid crushing. Place bananas in pie shell; pour blueberry mixture on top. Top with whipped cream
