Ingredients
2 Cups almonds, soaked 12-48 hours and blanched
1 Cup cashews, soaked 1 hour
½ Cup agave nectar
2 Tsp. vanilla extract
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
Directions
Combine the almonds, cashews, agave nectar, and vanilla extract in a blender, and process until smooth, thick, and creamy. Add water, as needed, to facilitate blending and achieve the desired consistency. Layer with the blueberries and raspberries in clear goblets. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
