Ingredients
Chia Pudding
1 Tbsp, chia seeds
¼ Cup water
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
½ Tsp. ground cinnamon
Fruit Layers
1/3 Cup pitted cherries
1/3 Cup blueberries
1/3 Cup raspberries
1/3 Cup chopped pineapple
Assembly
Pudding
Mix the chia seeds with the water and other ingredients. The chia seeds will quickly turn the mixture into a gel-like consistency.
Fruit:
Layer the fruit with the chia pudding and eat with a fork or spoon
