1 Cup pitted Medjool dates
Filling
1 Cup blueberries
½ Cup pitted dates
Directions
To make the filling: Blend the berries and dates until smooth and thick. Scoop into your crusts, and then top off with more berries
To make the crust: Squish the dates into parchment paper-lined tart tins, forming a sticky crust.
