This often becomes one of the most stressful and unexpectedly expensive parts of the entire planning process.
To help simplify your experience, we worked with wedding professionals to assemble a curated collection of table arrangements, centerpieces, and decorative accents that are included when you get married at an Ever After Farms venue. There is no need to supply your own decor unless you want to, because what we provide is already designed to create a stunning and memorable celebration.
We also offer a variety of styles and color options so every bride can find decor that complements her wedding vision. With so many beautiful items available, we have organized everything into a categorized list so you can easily see what is included. Be sure to check this list before purchasing any wedding decor. TABLE OPTIONS
5′ ROUND TABLES
Our first table option is a five foot round table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. We have a total of 25 round tables available, which provides seating for up to 200 guests.
To help complete your look, we also provide linens for these tables in your choice of white, navy blue, or ivory, giving you flexibility to match your wedding color palette.
FARMHOUSE TABLES
If you are looking for a more rustic and elegant table option, you will fall in love with our nine foot farmhouse tables. We have twenty of these available, and each table seats up to ten guests comfortably.
These tables are perfect for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and pair beautifully with our crossback chairs and natural décor elements.
SWEETHEART TABLE
Our rustic sweetheart table is a beautiful focal point for your wedding reception and can be paired with classic crossback chairs, an elegant couple’s loveseat, or one of our two stylish sofas. Each seating option brings its own unique charm and allows you to personalize your space to match your wedding vision.
The setup also includes two stunning candelabras and access to our full collection of lanterns, floral arrangements, and decorative accents. You will love creating a romantic and memorable setting for your first meal together as newlyweds.
BUFFET TABLE
We also provide three eight foot rectangular buffet tables for your reception dinner, each covered with black linens for a clean and professional presentation.
These tables are ideal for serving meals, desserts, or displaying catering setups with ease.
COCKTAIL TABLE
WWe provide six round tables for your cocktail hour, along with your choice of white or black linens to match your theme. Once you design your custom floorplan, our venue coordinators will take care of arranging all tables and chairs exactly the way you envisioned on the morning of your wedding.
During your final walkthrough, we will review every detail of the setup so you can feel confident and stress-free knowing everything will be in place. Our goal is to take as much off your plate as possible so you can fully enjoy your special day.
TABLE DECOR
GREENERY
You will be amazed by our wide assortment of rustic and rustic chic table decor. We have carefully curated a collection that suits a variety of wedding themes and color palettes, making it easy for couples to personalize their big day without the added stress of sourcing decor themselves.
Our floral arrangements include a variety of styles to match every season and aesthetic. Choose from fall florals, pastel florals, classic white arrangements, red and navy combinations, white roses, and white and navy garlands. We also offer a pampas style design for couples looking for a more boho-inspired look. Many of these arrangements come in different sizes so you can mix and match to fit your preferred layout.
For our flower duos, featured in the top section, we have several beautiful combinations available. Options include terracotta, pink, blue, purple, sage and cream, white and blush, and a white floral trio for a more elevated design.
Our greenery and floral pieces are incredibly versatile and can be styled on any of our table options or incorporated into backdrops, signage, or sweetheart table designs to bring your wedding vision to life.
TABLE RUNNERS & DRAPERY
Add a touch of elegance to your wedding tablescape by selecting from our wide variety of table runners. We provide 25 runners in colors including white, cream, black, sage, hunter green, dusty blue, navy, burgundy, terracotta, dusty rose, and pink. These versatile options allow you to complement nearly any wedding color scheme or seasonal theme.
In addition to table runners, we also offer a selection of drapery that can be used on arbors, sweetheart tables, signage, or other decorative elements. Available quantities include:
- Two each of dusty blue, light sage green, dark sage green, burgundy, terracotta, beige, cream, and black
- One each of purple, lavender, peach, grey, and dusty blue velvet
- Eight available in white, making it our most flexible drapery color for multi-area use

Next, you will want to select table numbers to help your guests easily find their seats. We offer several stylish options to match a variety of wedding themes and tablescape designs.

Each set includes numbers one through twenty five, making them ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger receptions. These options pair beautifully with our centerpieces and table runners to create a polished and cohesive look.
CENTERPIECE OPTIONS
Ever After Farms Stockyard offers a wide selection of centerpiece options designed to match every season and every couple’s wedding vision. Our carefully curated collection includes floral arrangements, dried floral designs, elegant candelabras, and classic lanterns — all perfect for creating a stunning and cohesive tablescape.
Add a romantic and timeless touch with our rustic chic candlesticks, available in a variety of heights to create dimension and warmth. We also provide mini votive candles that pair beautifully with any centerpiece layout.
Our lanterns and candelabras are available in sets of twenty five, giving you everything you need to create a consistent look across all your guest tables.
To complete your tablescape, choose from our beautiful selection of charger plates. Options include gold, silver, white vintage, rattan, rose gold, white, and sage with gold trim — making it easy to coordinate with your chosen color palette and overall wedding style.
To personalize your sweetheart table, we offer multiple styles of Mr and Mrs signs that add a charming finishing touch. You can choose from several color options to match your overall decor and wedding style.
Available colors include silver, gold, white, black, dark wood, and white wood. We have two of each option available, allowing for flexibility and coordination with other design elements on your special day.
CAKE TABLE
Our custom made cake table is the perfect place to showcase your wedding desserts in style. We provide a beautiful selection of cake stand sets, serving trays, and even a unique standing donut wall that adds a fun and memorable touch to your reception.
Your guests will love this elegant and thoughtfully arranged display, which pairs beautifully with any of our decor themes. Whether you are featuring a traditional tiered cake, cupcakes, or a dessert bar, this setup creates the perfect backdrop for your sweet treats.
GIFT AND GUESTBOOK TABLE
If you are deep into wedding planning, you have probably realized just how many little details go into creating the perfect day. We understand how stressful and expensive those small decor purchases can become, which is why we provide many of the essential items and signage you will need for a complete and polished look.
Our gift table includes stylish signage, a decorative card box, and plenty of space to display your guests’ gifts. For the guestbook area, you are welcome to use any of our available decor, and we also include beautifully rustic guestbook signage to enhance the setup.
